Refund & Exchange Policy

At IHC Apparel, each piece is individually pressed and prepared with care.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect address submissions, or general returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

Size exchanges may be accepted for unworn and unwashed items depending on product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
